MyFile365 takes the privacy of its users very seriously. Below is a description of how MyFile365 handles the data of its users.
MyFile365 provides a service that lets visitors register themselves as contributors to different projects and to manage groups of people working together to accomplish a goal. A common use is to register crew on construction sites where the presence at the project is relatively short.
MyFile365 processes personal data such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, user names, passwords, project affiliation, competences, arrival and departure time, company affiliatoin. MyFile uses this data for communication with its users and for the invoicing of MyFile with project owners.
On your profile page, you can see what data MyFile has stored, and what projects have access to this data.
You can revoke access to any documents you've provided at any time by changing the document visibility status.
MyFile365, just like any other website, directly or indirectly, processes the IP address, information about the operating system and browser type of website visitors by means of sub-processors.
MyFile uses a number of sub-processors to perform its services properly. The sub-processors are listed below.
Purpose of (sub-)processors
SendInBlue is used to send email validation emails, and various other notifications to project owners when required. Your email address and name is shared with SendInBlue, but is deleted after 7 days.
Microsoft Azure is the MyFile cloud provider. We host all data on the Northern Europe data center. You IP address may be logged by Microsoft, but no other personal data is shared with Microsoft.
We use your IP addresse to correlate log records with a user session.
User profile data is stored until you request deletion of your account.
If you are registered on an active project, your data will be retained for the duration of the project. In other words, if you register with a project that has a 48 month duration, your data will be kept active for 48 months, so that the project management and authorities can review who was present on site.
Log files of your interaction with the MyFile servers along with your IP address is stored for a maximum of 21 days.
Log files are used for debugging and defect tracking
We do not provide personal data to other parties (third parties), unless this is necessary in order to report criminal offenses.
MyFiles services requires the use of cookies. The use of cookies is an industry standard, and most major websites use cookies. A cookie is a small amount of information that is sent to your browser and stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies are used to enhance the user experience.
You are entitled to inspect your personal data and have the right to request corrections or deletion of your personal data. You can also object to the use of your data.
